Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pillcare Pharmaceuticals, we are committed to ensuring the quality, safety, and reliability of every product we supply. Because we deal in pharmaceuticals and healthcare products, strict regulatory guidelines apply to the handling, storage, and redistribution of medicines. As such, our returns and refund policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with patient safety and compliance.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If products are delivered damaged, defective, or with broken seals.

  • Incorrect Items Shipped: If you receive the wrong product or pack size compared to your order.

  • Regulatory Recall: In the event of a product recall initiated by the manufacturer or regulatory authority.

Please note: For safety reasons, products that have been opened, partially used, improperly stored, or are beyond their expiry date cannot be returned.


Return Process

  1. Notify our customer service team up to 7 days after supply of the products 

  2. Provide details of the order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange collection or provide instructions for return.

  4. Returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging and stored according to the required conditions until collection.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days after inspection of the returned product.

  • In cases of urgent replacement, we can fast-track dispatch of the correct product once the return is confirmed.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).


Exemptions

Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Temperature-sensitive or cold-chain products.

  • Special-order medicines procured specifically at your request.

  • Products without their original packaging or tampered safety seals.
